Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
We understand life happens — we simply ask for as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
