The most spacious option. Two hours allows for thorough, unhurried work from head to toe. Ideal if you’ve been dealing with chronic tension, haven’t had bodywork in a while, or simply want to give your body the full attention it deserves. Kennedy brings everything she has to this session, following what your body needs for as long as it needs it.

Melissa takes her skills of myofascial therapy, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and joint mobility, and combines them into a customized bodywork session to address your concerns. Whether it is full body or focused work on a single area, you will be certain to leave feeling recharged.

This option gives more time and space for the body to respond. Melissa takes her skills of myofascial therapy, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and joint mobility, and combines them into a fully immersive bodywork session to address your concerns.
